Job summary

RSM in India is seeking a senior consultant with 8-10 years of experience in process intelligence and digital transformation to advise on ERP/CRM/CPM platforms and migrate clients to SaaS/cloud environments.

You will help design Target Operating Models, develop detailed reports and presentations, and work across cross-functional teams with a strong emphasis on communication and project management. Travel up to 50% across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in process intelligence, digital transformation and/or software management
• Platform-agnostic approach and strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in MIS or BIS
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPM and other enterprise platforms
• Previous professional consulting firm experience, advising on digital adoption automation and efficiencies
• Previous experience with implementing technologies and migrating clients to SaaS/cloud environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts across all domains
• Basic understanding of IT application lifecycle, general IT controls and methods
• Experience in developing Target Operating Models for clients
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issues
• Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• Ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve
• Experience with various software solutions including Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong data manipulation skills utilizing Excel
• Database knowledge (Microsoft SQL, and/or Access)
• Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years' experience in process intelligence, digital transformation and/or software management, preferably working in a platform agnostic environment
• Strong communication skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems (BIS)
