RSM US LLP seeks an experienced transformation consultant to advise on digital adoption, automation, and cloud migrations for middle-market clients. You will shape operating models, manage projects, and present analyses to stakeholders, working with ERP/CRM/CPM platforms and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in process intelligence or related fields, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in process intelligence, digital transformation and/or software management.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or BIS.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving; apply concepts to business problems.

Responsabilités

• Advise on digital adoption automation and efficiencies for clients.
• Implement technologies and migrate clients to SaaS/cloud environments.
• Develop Target Operating Models for clients.
• Deliver detailed reports and client presentations.
• Manage project steps and solve complex issues with teams.
• Utilize MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word; leverage Excel for data tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPM and other enterprise platforms
• Previous professional consulting firm experience, advising on digital adoption automation and efficiencies
• Previous experience with implementing technologies and migrating clients to SaaS/cloud environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts across all domains
• Basic understanding of IT application lifecycle, general IT controls and methods
• Experience in developing Target Operating Models for clients
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issues
• Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• Ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve
• Experience with various software solutions including Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong data manipulation skills utilizing Excel
• Database knowledge (Microsoft SQL, and/or Access)
• Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years’ experience in process intelligence, digital transformation and/or software management, preferably working in a platform agnostic environment
• Strong communication skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems (BIS)
