Job summary

Lowe's India, the Global Capability Center for Lowe's Companies Inc., seeks a Network Operations Engineer in Bengaluru to provide Level 1.5 and Level 2 support for enterprise LAN/WAN in a 24/7 environment.

You will troubleshoot connectivity, configure Cisco/Juniper devices, and manage incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring high availability and security across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field with 3 years IT support experience.
• CCNA/CCNP certification mandatory.
• Experience with network diagnostics, management tools, and IP services (DNS/DHCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1.5 and Level 2 operational support for enterprise LAN/WAN in a 24/7 environment.
• Troubleshoot ISP, site, store connectivity and network performance issues with vendors.
• Configure and support Cisco routers/switches/firewalls/load balancers and SD-WAN.
• Diagnose routing issues (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP/iBGP/eBGP) and IP services.
• Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow and other ticketing tools.
• Support small/medium infrastructure projects in design, deployment and documentation.
• Maintain network availability, security and compliance; CCNA/CCNP mandatory.

Provide Level 1.5 and Level 2 operational support for enterprise LAN/WAN and network infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.

• Troubleshoot ISP, site, store, connectivity, and network performance issues while coordinating with service providers and third-party vendors.
• Configure, monitor, and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Diagnose routing issues involving EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, iBGP, and eBGP, along with IP services such as DNS and DHCP.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and follow‑ups using ServiceNow and other ticketing or network management tools.
• Support small and medium infrastructure projects involving network planning, design, deployment, implementation, and documentation.
• Maintain network availability, reliability, security, and compliance; a CCNA or CCNP certification is mandatory.
