lululemon seeks a Technology Manager – Network and Infrastructure Delivery to lead our Bangalore-based team in expanding network observability, automation, and AI-driven capabilities across the global infrastructure.
You will define strategy, roadmaps, and standards, coordinating with cross-functional partners and NA leaders to deliver reliable, scalable network services for 1000+ sites and 32,000+ employees.

We are building and innovating with best‑in‑class platforms, including Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, Netbox, Aviatrix, AWS, Azure, Intune, JAMF, Datadog, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
Today, our team is primarily based out of lululemon North American offices in Vancouver and Seattle. Given our global reach and 24x7 business needs, we want to expand and build a team of experts in our Bangalore, India office. The Technology Manager, Network and Infrastructure Delivery, is responsible for building and leading this team. Primary starting focus will be to establish a team of network engineers focused on advancing network observability and automation. This includes defining the strategy and roadmaps for deep and multi‑dimensional exploration and detection of complex issues that could impact network performance, reliability, and/or security. The team’s goal is to build tooling that automates detection and correction, enables & streamlines highly complex troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure, and enables software engineers to automate detection and response into their applications.
In addition to network observability, you will build a team that is driving network automation and AI at scale. Today we use Net box as our source of truth for network assets and configurations. This team will create automation for new site provisioning, site changes, cloud networking improvements, and self‑service tooling for software developers.
This role will need to work in a collaborative and supportive manner with many cross‑functional teams, as well as develop, maintain, and evolve our process for managing vendors, delivery programs, support processes and metrics, network and infrastructure standards, and ensure the portfolio of projects are delivered successfully. The main partners include the North America Network Operations team and Global Network engineering team. Core Infrastructure, Retail and Distribution Tech teams will also be strong partners.
