Modern Signal Services is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a team of engineers and analysts in Hyderabad. You will own end-to-end delivery across technology projects and managed services, coordinating with US clients and leadership.

You will run Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage scope and risks, and drive high-quality outcomes. Excellent English, strong presentation skills, and willingness to work US hours are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10–14 years in IT services or technology delivery.
• At least 3 years directly managing a team of 8 or more.
• At least 3 years working directly with US clients: running calls, owning the relationship, and handling escalations.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with experience presenting to senior client stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills: build and deliver clear decks on status, risks or solutions.
• Hands-on delivery management using Agile/Scrum.
• Solid technical foundation in enterprise apps, cloud, data/integration, or custom software development.
• Willing to work US EST or PST business hours; IST night shifts.
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or related field.

Role & responsibilities

Team leadership

• Lead, coach and manage a team of up to 10 engineers and analysts, including hiring, onboarding, goal-setting and performance reviews.
• Allocate work, balance capacity across projects, and remove blockers so the team delivers on time.
• Build a culture of ownership, quality and clear communication.

Delivery management

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects and managed services, from planning through go-live and support.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies in US hours, track scope, schedule, budget and risk, and elevate early when something slips.
• Set and enforce delivery standards for documentation, code quality, testing and change management.

US client management

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for US client stakeholders, from working teams up to director and VP level.
• Lead status meetings, steering updates and requirement discussions across US time zones.
• Translate client business needs into technical plans, and manage expectations on scope and timelines.

Communication and presentation

• Prepare and present status reports, roadmaps, solution proposals and executive summaries to client leadership.
• Write clear, concise emails and documents that a non‑technical executive can act on.
• Represent the Hyderabad team in internal leadership reviews and new‑business discussions.

Continuous improvement

• Identify process and tooling improvements that raise team productivity and client satisfaction.
• Support pre‑sales with effort estimates, staffing plans and solution inputs when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1014 years in IT services or technology delivery, including at least 3 years directly managing a team of 8 or more.
• At least 3 years working directly with US clients: running calls, owning the relationship, and handling escalations.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a track record of presenting to senior client stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills: able to build and deliver a clear deck on status, risks or a proposed solution.
• Hands‑on delivery management using Agile/Scrum, with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Solid technical foundation in at least one of: enterprise applications, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), data and integration, or custom software development.
• Willing to work fully on US Eastern (EST) or Pacific (PST) business hours on a permanent basis: roughly 7:30 PM-4:30 AM IST for Eastern and 10:30 PM-7:30 AM IST for Pacific, shifting one hour earlier during US daylight saving time.
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
