Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior technology leader in Gurgaon to define and execute the India technology strategy in alignment with global priorities. You will lead large-scale delivery across software engineering, data and analytics, CRM, and cloud platforms, while growing a 50+ person team and establishing governance for continuous improvement.

The role demands extensive experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams in global or offshore

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience including senior leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in software engineering, AI, technology platforms, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading large cross-functional teams in global centers or offshore delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience with North American or multinational technology organizations is highly preferred.

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years of technology experience, including at least 5 years in a senior technology leadership role.
• Strong expertise in software engineering, AI, technology platforms, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading large cross-functional teams within a global capability center, shared services, or offshore delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience working with North American or multinational technology organizations is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, and modern software delivery practices.
