Job summary

Archetype in Noida seeks a Technology Consultant to provide technical support to our global user base, reporting to the Senior Technology Manager and helping drive adoption of Archetype applications. This role focuses on ensuring secure, efficient IT services across regions.

You'll handle onboarding/offboarding, manage tickets, configure Slack, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Google Workspace, and other platforms, and contribute to global tech initiatives and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT experience.
• Experience in cloud-first environments.
• Experience with service desk ticketing systems.
• Global deployments experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management and security.

Technology Consultant will play a key role within our global Technology Team, providing technical support to our global user base.
Reporting to our Senior Technology Manager, will also assist with global initiatives, driving technology adoption, and ensuring the most effective use of Archetype applications.

Work Location: Noida

Working Days: 5 days/Week
