Role Purpose

To ensure success as a technical architect, you should have extensive knowledge of enterprise networking systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage. A top-class technical architect can design and implement any size system to perfectly meet the needs of the client.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with the IT manager to determine current and future needs.
• Assess whether to upgrade existing systems or install new ones.
• Provide design ideas and schematics.
• Manage the design and implementation of systems.
• Coordinate with software developers regarding system software needs.
• Troubleshoot system issues.
• Oversee system integration processes.
• Evaluate system performance post-installation.
• Train staff on system procedures.
• Gather feedback after installation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• Previous experience as a technical architect.
• Managerial experience.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration.
• Understanding of computer hardware, networking, programming languages, operating systems, and Office software.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret specifications into big-picture designs.
• Problem-solving skills for complex IT issues.

Mandatory Skills: AIOPS, Grafana, Observability.
