Job summary

Neev is seeking an experienced TechnoFunctional MES Application Lead to own end-to-end delivery and operations of PASX solutions on Azure AKS in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role combines strong MES domain knowledge with cross-functional leadership to coordinate integrations and ensure validated, compliant MES services.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in MES/automation and delivery ownership.
• Hands-on with PASX and Azure AKS in cloud-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own MES PASX tower across programs, ensuring stability, scalability and compliance.
• Define MES architecture standards and integration patterns for PASX on Azure.
• Coordinate with manufacturing IT, Digital Manufacturing roadmaps, and governance.
• Lead end-to-end MES PASX implementations, upgrades and rollouts.
• Oversee 2nd-level support, incident/change management, and ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and Network teams.
• Govern MES integrations with SAP ERP, OSI PI, LIMS and Kepware/OPC.
• Ensure data consistency, audit readiness and compliance with CSV/21 CFR.

Job Summary: (P3/P4)

We are seeking an experienced TechnoFunctional MES Application Lead to own and drive the endtoend delivery and operational support of Körber PASX solutions on Azure AKS, ensuring timely, and highquality MES services within a regulated manufacturing environment. The role combines strong technical depth and functional understanding of MES processes to coordinate crossfunctional teams, manage integrations and dependencies, proactively resolve issues, and ensure validated, compliant, and reliable MES solutions that meet business, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the MES PASX tower (v3.3.x) across programs, ensuring platform stability, scalability and compliance in cloudbased AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services) environments.
• Define and govern MES architecture standards, integration patterns, deployment models and operational best practices for PASX on Azure.
• Ensure alignment of MES tower strategy with manufacturing IT, Digital Manufacturing roadmaps, ISA88/95 standards and enterprise IT governance.
• Act as the single point of accountability for MES PASX delivery, operations, quality and compliance.
• Lead endtoend MES PASX implementations and upgrades, from requirement gathering through configuration, qualification and final delivery.
• Ensure to Coordinate on rollouts and system upgrades for PASX application.
• Own MES Service Delivery Operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Govern 2ndlevel support operations for PASX, Azure, Kubernetes, and MES integrations.
• Lead Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes in line with ITIL.
• Proactively identify risks, recurring issues and improvement opportunities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide technical leadership for PASX deployment and lifecycle management on AKS, including service pack installations and platform upgrades.
• Govern OS, application and platform patching (Windows/Linux) and ensure timely vulnerability remediation.
• Oversee Kubernetes, Linux and databaserelated activities, ensuring performance, resilience and availability of MES environments.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and Network teams.
• Own and govern MES integrations with Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems including SAP ERP, OSI PI, LIMS & Kepware/OPC.
• Ensure robust design, monitoring and support of DCS adapters, services and interfaces.
• Drive troubleshooting for complex crosssystem issues spanning MES, DCS, ERP, and shopfloor automation.
• Establish governance for MES PASX Users & Rights, Control Data & Profiles, Terminals, Printing, and Reporting, Production Units, WMS Master Data, Service & system configurations.
• Ensure data consistency, audit readiness, and alignment with validated system requirements.
• Ensure MES solutions comply with CSV, SDLC, 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP and GAMP requirements.
• Act as the primary interface with vendors such as Körber, Microsoft and system integrators.
• Manage vendor delivery, escalations and roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, plant teams, QA, infrastructure and enterprise IT leadership.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to MES engineers and support teams.
• Mentor team members on PASX functionality, cloud/K8s concepts, validation and integrations.
• Drive proactive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence within the MES tower.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and performance optimization within MES operations.
