Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre is seeking a senior business analyst to provide functional support for banking production activities, analyze user requests, and implement enhancements with developers. You will outline problems, opportunities and solutions, while delivering accurate artifacts within agile methods.

The role emphasizes testing strategy, UAT leadership, and process optimization to improve controls and risk management across stakeholder groups in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Banking, Credit Risk, and Market Risk domains.
• Lead large-scale business analysis initiatives.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and BDD scenarios.
• Understand SDLC, Agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and Agile-at-scale.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in complex environments.
• Hands-on SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Lead UAT, testing strategy, test planning, and functional validation.
• Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, controls, and risk management.
• Experience with Change and Release Management.
• Conduct workshops, functional reviews, training, and change mgmt.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote collaboration.
• Effective communicator with facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-motivated team player in global onshore-offshore banking delivery.

• Hands-on experience in SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
