Job summary

MethodHub Consulting Inc in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned BI/Data Analytics professional to join our manufacturing analytics team. You will analyze BOM, production data, and wastage metrics, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

You will extract data from ERP systems (SAP/BPCS), troubleshoot issues, and enhance Power BI dashboards to drive data-driven decisions across operations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing data analytics or BI.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to write complex queries.
• Experience integrating data from ERP systems (SAP preferred; BPCS a plus).
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze BOM, production, and wastage/scrap data
• Work with business teams to understand and support use cases
• Navigate and extract data from ERP systems (SAP / BPCS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve data/technical issues quickly
• Support and enhance Power BI dashboards / reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  Required Skills:
• Strong manufacturing domain knowledge (BOM, wastage, production processes)
• Strong SQL skills (must-have)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred; BPCS is a plus)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements
