Job summary

Responsibilities

• Improve plant reliability through engineering and new technologies.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, structural, vehicular, E&I, and regulatory areas.
• Oversee motor terminations, equipment trials, and regular panel maintenance.
• Test instruments for accuracy and detect fluctuations using precision test instruments.
• Install and terminate electrical, pneumatic and fluid connections; diagnose faults and verify functionality.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Improving plant reliability by engineering and implementing new technologies
• Provide daily management of preventative and corrective maintenance functions at the facility such as mechanical, structural, vehicular, E&I, regulatory.
• Provide motor terminal connections, and take trial of new equipment installed, take up panel maintenance with regular intervals
• Tests accuracy of, and detects abnormal fluctuations in instruments including transmitters, analyzers, detectors, signal conditioners, recorders, controllers and final control elements, used to measure and control variables such as pressure, temperature, level, motion, flow, force, weight and chemical composition, using precision reference test instruments.
• Installs and terminates electrical, pneumatic and fluid connections and inspects and tests the operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults and confirm functionality.
