Job summary

JobItUs in Gujarat seeks an experienced operator for sterile/aseptic production lines. You will set up, operate, changeover and clean machines like vial/ampoule/filling equipment, monitor parameters, maintain records and follow GMP, 5S and EHS norms.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, in-process checks, and coordination with maintenance for troubleshooting, ensuring cleanroom standards are met and documentation is kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in pharma sterile/aseptic production is preferred.
• ITI/Diploma/B.Sc. or equivalent technical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Operate aseptic area machines as per SOP, BMR and GMP requirements.
• Perform machine setup, operation, changeover and cleaning.
• Monitor machine parameters, filling accuracy, speed and output.
• Handle loading/unloading of vials, ampoules, syringes and components.
• Perform in-process checks and maintain production records.
• Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures and contamination-control requirements.
• Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for troubleshooting.
• Maintain machine logbooks, batch records and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and surrounding areas.
• Follow EHS, 5S, GMP and SOP compliance at all times.

Candidates with hands-on experience in any of the following machines:

1. Vial Filling & Sealing Machine
2. Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine
3. Pre-filled Syringe Filling Machine
4. Vial Washing Machine

Key Responsibilities

• Operate aseptic area machines as per SOP, BMR and GMP requirements.
• Perform machine setup, operation, changeover and cleaning.
• Monitor machine parameters, filling accuracy, speed and output.
• Handle loading/unloading of vials, ampoules, syringes and components.
• Perform routine in-process checks and maintain production records.
• Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures and contamination-control requirements.
• Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for troubleshooting.
• Maintain machine logbooks, batch records and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and surrounding areas.
• Follow EHS, 5S, GMP and SOP compliance at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / relevant technical qualification.
• Experience: 2-8 years in Pharma Sterile / Aseptic Production preferred.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the above machines.
• Good understanding of GMP, aseptic practices and cleanroom procedures.
• Ability to work in shift operations.
• Candidates with experience in sterile injectable manufacturing will be preferred.
