Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking personnel for sterile manufacturing in Gujarat. The role involves operating vial/cartridge washing, filling, sealing, and autoclave processes, while maintaining cGMP compliance and data reliability across batch manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will execute the manufacturing plan, support scheduled activities, and ensure quality through aseptic controls and contamination prevention in a high-purity environment.

Qualifications

ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc with 3–5 years in sterile manufacturing
Candidates who want to apply for internal jobs must have completed at least 2 years within existing role
Experience in aseptic manufacturing and contamination control
Experience with autoclave operation and validation
Filling, stoppering and sealing experience

Responsibilities

Operate equipment such as vial/cartridge washing, filling, sealing and autoclave
Ensure compliance with cGMP
Execute manufacturing plan as per instruction
Support timely execution of scheduled activities and equipment qualifications
Follow GDP and data reliability principles

Job description

To operate the necessary equipment such as Vial or cartridge washing, Filling, sealing, Autoclave, Auto Visual Inspection & batch manufacturing operation.
To ensure compliance with cGMP.
To execute manufacturing plan as per given instruction.
To manufacture product and operate equipment as per given instruction.
To support in timely execution of scheduled activities, equipment installations, qualifications / re-qualifications as per requirement
To work by following GDP and complying to Data reliability principles.

Qualifications

Education: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc, Total Experience - 3 - 5 Year in sterile manufacturing plant, Note: Candidates who want to apply for internal jobs, must have completed atleast 2 years within existing role.
