Job summary

CommScope in Goa, India is seeking a Diploma-qualified quality professional to support process and product audits. You will apply defect analysis, RCA and 8D methods to identify root causes and drive improvements.

You should have strong verbal and written communication, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and a disciplined approach to quality tools and independent work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma required with preferably 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and related specifications.
• Through knowledge of Process and Product Auditing skills.
• Defect analysis ability.
• Basic Quality Tools knowledge (7 QC Tools).
• Excellent attendance and work record required.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Through knowledge of RCA & 8D.
• Demonstrate proven competencies and interpersonal skills.
