Job summary

Aurobindo Pharma Limited is seeking an Executive A.M – Engineering to oversee maintenance operations, utility systems, and equipment reliability to support efficient manufacturing. You will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor engineering systems, coordinate maintenance planning, ensure equipment availability, and support audits and regulatory inspections at our Hyderabad facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor engineering systems and utility performance.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain engineering documentation and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments.
• Monitor compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Support engineering projects and facility upgrades.
• Investigate equipment failures and implement CAPA.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Manage spare parts and maintenance inventories.
• Support qualification and validation activities.
• Monitor energy utilization and utility efficiency.
• Train maintenance staff on engineering procedures.
• Ensure effective engineering support for operations.
