Job summary

A Senior Executive – Production will supervise daily manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure GMP compliance across shifts. You will review schedules, monitor process parameters, and coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to sustain operational excellence.

The role requires 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, a B.Pharmacy or higher, and hands-on expertise in granulation, coating, capsule filling, and GMP documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Bachelor or Master degree in pharmacy or sciences.
• Experience with GMP and batch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production personnel.
• Review production schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor process parameters and production performance.
• Ensure GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Review batch manufacturing records and production reports.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Investigate deviations, incidents, and process failures.
