Job summary

Enterprise Bot in Bengaluru is seeking a smart, driven Technical Writer with 3–4 years of experience in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation. You will craft clear, compelling responses for clients and create internal and client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate collaborates with sales, product, and technical teams to gather information, maintains proposal content libraries and templates, and develops product overviews, feature descriptions, and technical FAQs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role.
• Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and products.
