Job summary

Enterprise Bot GmbH in India seeks a Senior Technical Writer experienced in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation to craft clear, compelling responses for clients and to produce internal and customer-facing content.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to gather information, maintain proposal content libraries, and ensure consistency in tone and branding across documents. This role offers independence in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role.
• Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather required information.
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates.
• Develop technical documentation such as product overviews, feature descriptions, technical FAQs, and process documentation.
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documents.
• Manage timelines and deliverables independently.

Tasks

We are looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Technical Writer with experience in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in crafting clear, compelling, and accurate responses for clients, as well as producing internal and customer-facing content.

The ideal candidate is technologically curious, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents

• Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
• Develop technical documentation such as Product overviews, Feature descriptions, Technical FAQs & Process documentation

• Manage timelines and deliverables independently
