NeuBodhi is seeking a documentation specialist to develop comprehensive AI and robotics R&D documentation, from system architecture to design specs. You will produce customer briefs, pitch decks, and tender materials, coordinating with engineering, sales, and project teams to maintain accuracy.

You will translate complex concepts into clear, audience-friendly content, edit and proofread for consistency, and support government submissions and customer visits with well-structured documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics or related field; 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience creating technical documentation in AI/robotics or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex info clearly.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, robotics or software development principles.
• Strong editing and proofreading for accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Develop documentation for AI and robotics R&D projects, from system architecture to design specs. Create customer-facing briefs and pitch decks, support government tender submissions, and prepare materials for customer visits. Work with engineering, sales, and project teams to keep technical content accurate and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing AI and robotics R&D projects, including system architecture, design specifications, and technical overviews
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of complex technical information
• Create and refine technical presentations, product briefs, and pitch decks for customer calls
• Translate technical concepts into concise, audience-friendly materials that showcase project capabilities and value
• Draft and format tender documentation in accordance with government standards and requirements
• Ensure tender content is complete, compliant, and accurately reflects the technical offering
• Prepare detailed agendas, visit reports, and other documentation to support successful customer visits
• Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer visit experience
• Work alongside engineering, sales, and project management teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all technical documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BE or BSc) or Master's degree (MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation, preferably within AI, robotics, or related domains
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information in clear, concise language
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, robotics, or software development principles
• Strong editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively

Good to Have

• Experience with proposal writing, particularly for government tenders
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and standards within the AI and robotics domain
• Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with industry-specific markup languages and formatting standards (e.g., DITA, Markdown, LaTeX)
• Understanding of documentation tools, version control systems, and content management platforms
