You will work closely with product, engineering, to translate technical information into easy-to-understand content for end-users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, product guides, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather technical information.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
• Organize complex technical information into structured and easy-to-understand content.
• Update existing documentation based on product enhancements or customer feedback.
• Assist in creating visuals, diagrams, and flowcharts to support written content.
• Conduct proofreading and quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Help maintain documentation repositories and version control.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English,
