Responsibilities

• Mentor learners through capstone projects and prep for technical interviews with code reviews.

We are looking for an enterprise AI professional — developer, solutions architect, or data engineer — with demonstrable experience building and deploying AI-powered systems in production. You will design and deliver training grounded in how enterprise AI teams actually work, and teach learners in Nagpur skills that get them hired.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT WE NEED

Experience

5–12 years in technology / AI, with time inside corporate or enterprise environments — real clients, production systems, organisational complexity.

AI (Mandatory)

Hands-on with LLM engineering, agentic workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering at depth. You must be able to build, debug, and explain these live.

Built solutions that integrate with corporate systems — ERPs, CRMs, data pipelines, API architectures. You know what 'production-ready' means.

Teaching

No formal degree required. You explain complex things clearly, you are patient with confusion, and you are firm about quality.
