You will lead corporate training delivery, manage stakeholders, and develop hands-on labs, case studies, and upskilling roadmaps, while maintaining high NPS and ensuring high-impact outcomes for diverse enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate training, consulting, or a dual role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-stakes training programs with consistently high NPS.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role with proven stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will not only deliver world-class corporate training but also act as a trusted consultant to our clients—helping them solve real-world business problems through AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Training Delivery

• Design and deliver high-impact, engaging corporate training programs.
• Ensure training sessions are practical, industry-relevant, and aligned with client business objectives.
• Maintain consistently high NPS through exceptional learner engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Act as a trainer-cum-consultant, providing strategic guidance to clients on AI adoption, implementation, and upskilling roadmaps.
• Participate in client expectation-setting calls alongside sourcing, solutions, and delivery leads to ensure alignment on training outcomes.
• Drive technical discussions during client calls, demonstrating strong domain authority and problem-solving capabilities.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a primary client-facing representative, building trust and long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, solutions, delivery, and KAMs) to ensure seamless program execution.
• Conduct pre-engagement discovery sessions to understand client pain points and tailor training content accordingly.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest advancements in AI.
• Develop case studies, hands-on labs, and real-world projects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Contribute to building a scalable training framework that ensures consistent quality across all client engagements.

5. Process & Documentation

• Participate in structured screening and onboarding processes (including platforms like uPace) to ensure trainer quality and documentation standards are met.
• Provide timely reports and feedback on training effectiveness, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Proven ability to lead technical client calls, articulate complex concepts clearly, and address client queries with confidence.

Training & Consulting Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate training, consulting, or a dual role combining both.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-stakes training programs with consistently high NPS.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role with proven stakeholder management skills.
