Job summary

Languafina Global Services Llp is hiring Technical Trainers to lead DSA, AI/ML and Python training for students in the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula). You will mentor learners, conduct assessments, and develop content aligned with industry needs.

Ideal candidates have 2–8 years in teaching or technical training, strong communication, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for practical learning.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Java, C++ or Python.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef or GeeksforGeeks.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related Engg discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical manner.

We are hiring Technical Trainers for one of our reputed clients, a leading educational institute based around Tricity region Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula.

We are looking for technically strong and passionate professionals who can train, mentor, and guide students in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions on DSA, Python, AI and Machine Learning.

What We’re Looking For

DSA & Programming:

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Java, C++ or Python.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef or GeeksforGeeks.

AI / ML:

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning and supervised learning techniques.
• Knowledge of NLP and Computer Vision with exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch or OpenCV.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI agents.
• Understanding of Transformer architectures such as BERT, GPT, T5 and LLaMA.
• Familiarity with Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex and modern AI development tools.

Candidate Profile

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in industry, teaching, mentoring or technical training.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related Engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical and engaging manner.
