NxtWave invites a Fullstack Developer & AI Instructor to craft engaging, practical learning content across Python, MERN, databases, and modern AI technologies. You will blend software development with clear teaching, producing high-quality video lectures and hands-on projects.

You will build AI-powered examples, collaborate with curriculum and product teams, and translate complex topics into beginner-friendly explanations.

Qualifications

Role Overview

At NxtWave, we build practical, industry-relevant learning experiences that help students become exceptional developers. We are looking for a Fullstack Developer & AI Instructor who combines strong software-development fundamentals with the ability to teach and explain technology clearly.

In this role, you will create and deliver high-quality learning content across Fullstack development, Python, JavaScript, MERN, databases, and modern AI technologies. You will also explore and build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and AI-assisted development tools, bringing real-world AI capabilities into the learning experience.

You will work closely with curriculum, content, product, and engineering teams to turn complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences. Beyond creating content, you will use learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve what we teach and how we teach it.

The role is suited for someone who enjoys both building software and teaching others how to build it, and who is excited about how AI is changing software development and learning.

What You'll Do (and Grow Into)

Create and deliver high-quality video lectures and learning content on Fullstack development (Python/ MERN), and software development fundamentals.

Teach modern AI development concepts including GenAI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.

Build and demonstrate practical Fullstack + AI applications that help learners understand how AI capabilities are integrated into real-world software.

Contribute to AI-powered learning experiences, including learner agents, AI-assisted learning workflows, content generation, and content quality-checking systems.

Work with curriculum teams to structure modules, improve conceptual clarity, and translate complex technical topics into beginner-friendly explanations.

Review and improve AI-generated and human-authored content for technical accuracy, instructional quality, relevance, and consistency.

Develop examples, coding exercises, projects, MCQs, and other learning assets that reinforce Fullstack and AI concepts.

Use learner performance data, feedback, assessments, and instructor feedback to identify learning gaps and continuously improve content.

Take ownership of content quality from concept design development recording review learner feedback iteration.

Must-have

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python, with hands-on experience building Fullstack applications using MERN and/or Python-based technologies. Good understanding of core software-development concepts.


• 2 to 4 years of experience in recording tech-based video content or delivering technical lectures


• Hands-on understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based applications.


• Understanding of how AI capabilities can be integrated into Fullstack applications.


• Familiarity with agentic workflows, tool calling, memory, knowledge bases, and workflow automation.


• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and explain them to beginner and intermediate learners.


• Take full responsibility for content accuracy, quality, and delivery while continuously improving based on feedback, learner performance data, and team input through active participation in planning, reviews, and QA processes


• Comfortable with video recording, online teaching, and classroom instruction.


• Strong ownership of the quality and accuracy of the content you create.


• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve both technical and teaching skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in software development.


• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.


• Experience building AI-powered Fullstack applications


• Experience designing AI-powered educational or learner-facing applications.


• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or deployment
