Job summary

Iqscorp Training Academy in Chennai seeks an experienced trainer to deliver hands-on training in Python, FastAPI, and full-stack development (Django or SPA). You will design labs, projects, and learning outcomes tailored to AI-native development using GenAI models, LangChain, and Llama Index.

The role requires strong pedagogy, ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft industry-relevant curricula.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of trainer experience in Python, FastAPI and full stack development (Django or SPA).
• AI-native development experience using LangChain or Llama Index for GenAI models.
• Strong AI/ML concept grounding: RAG, Agentic, MCP.
• Cloud deployment, resource provisioning and management experience.
• Data structures, algorithms and RDBMS knowledge.
• System design thinking and design patterns knowledge.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular/React/Vue.
• Hands-on cloud-native app development experience.
• Proven training and facilitation with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating training artifacts: course content, labs, projects.
• Pedagogy grounding: learning outcomes and competency-based assessment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders to design industry-relevant curricula.
• Preference for experience in tech services or product companies.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI experience.
• Active AI/ML certifications (Google AI, DeepLearning.AI, Azure AI).
• Published AI research, blogs, or conference talks in AI or AI-in-education.

Job description

2 - 4 years of experience as a trainer in Python, FastAPI and full stack development experience (using Django or Single Page Applications.

Experience in AI native development using industry framework such as Lang chain or Llama Index or similar one, using GenAI models.

Strong foundation of AI/ML concepts such as RAG, Agentic and MCP

Strong cloud experience with application deployment, cloud resource provisioning, and management.

Strong knowledge in Data Structure and Algorithms and data base (any RDBMS)

Strong experience and knowledge in System design thinking and design principles and patterns

Good experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular or React or VueJs

Hands on cloud native application development experience

Proven training and facilitation experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience creating training artifacts including course content, hands-on labs, projects, etc.

Strong grounding in pedagogy, learning outcome design, and competency-based assessment.

Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders to design academically rigorous, industry-relevant curricula.

Preferred

Experience in a technology services or product company environment.

Good amount of exposure to NoSQL databases

Hands-on industry experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI.

Active certifications in AI/ML e.g., Google AI, DeepLearning.AI, Microsoft Azure AI, etc

Published research, blog contributions, or conference presentations in AI or AI-in-education.
