Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands‑on exercises, and case studies, covering various AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups, both in‑person and virtually, ensuring that participants understand key concepts and can apply them effectively.
• Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs and skill levels of diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and executives.
• Provide guidance and support to participants during hands‑on exercises and projects, offering assistance with coding, debugging, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies, tools, and applications, incorporating new insights and best practices into training programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify training needs, develop customized training solutions, and support ongoing learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to the growth of the AI/ML community by participating in events, conferences, and online forums, sharing knowledge and insights with fellow practitioners.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and interns, helping them develop their skills and expertise in AI/ML.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's, Ph.D.) preferred.
• Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator, with a focus on AI/ML topics. Industry certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate) a plus.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python, R, or Java.
