We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader (.NET) to lead development teams and drive the successful delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET technologies along with proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects, especially in e-Governance domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
• Oversee deployment, production rollout, and post-release support.
• Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, etc.).
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Team Lead.
• Experience working on at least 2 major e-Governance projects.
• Exposure to Project Management, DevOps practices, Agile Framework / Scrum, Version Control systems (e.g., Git, SVN), and Production deployment and rollout.

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT OR Postgraduate (CS/IT) OR equivalent qualification.

Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory as per requirement)

• Globally recognized certifications in Agile Framework, DevOps, or Scrum Master.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Domain Preference

• Prior experience in e-Governance / Government Projects is mandatory.
