Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical/R&D Engineer to contribute to chassis layout and part design. You will prepare design manuals and release detailed drawings and 3-D models using CATIA and Teamcenter, ensuring integration with vehicle systems.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required, with emphasis on DFMEA, GD&T, and manufacturing know-how. This role offers frontline exposure in India’s leading motorcycle and scooter production context.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DFMEA and GD&T as applied to chassis design.
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes for vehicle frames.
• Familiarity with vehicle-level integration and system interactions.

The Technical Support is responsible for carrying out benchmarking activities of competing brands and suggests VA/VE ideas. The role involves making and releasing drawings & 3-D models on CATIA and Team Centre.
