Job summary

NLB Services is hiring for roles in Bengaluru with Grade 4 or Grade 5 levels. The position offers 5 days a week in a 10-hour rotating shift pattern and a 24/7 environment. A cab facility is provided for odd hours, and compensation includes night allowances and a performance bonus, with compensation up to 4.6–5.6 LPA depending on grade and bracket.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Final compensation may include up to a 30% hike on the last withdrawn CTC, subject to bracket and company policy.

Location and Working Details

• Location: Plot No. 178, L/O EPIP Phase 2, D8 Building, STPI Zone, Whitefield Industrial Area, Bangalore 560066
• Working Model: 5 days per week in a 24/7 environment

• Transport: One-way cab facility provided for odd hours

Compensation

• Grade 4: Up to 4.6 LPA + Night Allowances + Performance Bonus
• Grade 5: Up to 5.6 LPA + Night Allowances + Performance Bonus
