Job summary

Endor Labs is seeking a senior technical professional to serve as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding both pre-sales and post-sales engagements and designing bespoke security solutions for complex environments.

You will troubleshoot sophisticated issues using software engineering, DevOps, and security expertise, while building strong customer relationships and driving product improvements with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in a technical domain.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in software development, application security, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, with experience designing, implementing, or managing workflows to ship and secure code.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, application security principles, and secure software development practices.
• Experience designing custom technical solutions and working directly with customers in related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Customer-first mindset with experience building secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and developing strategic solutions aligned with their goals.

Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Table
