Endor Labs is seeking a senior technical professional to act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through pre-sales and post-sales engagements. You will design bespoke security solutions and troubleshoot complex issues leveraging your software engineering and DevOps background.

The role emphasizes customer success and collaboration with engineering and product teams to drive secure development practices and platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a technical domain including software development, security, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and ability to design or manage secure workflows.
• Solid understanding of programming languages and secure software development practices.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers in roles like Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Design and customize security solutions for complex customer environments, including bespoke solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using software engineering and DevOps expertise.
• Build relationships with customers from startups to global enterprises and act as their trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Help customers adopt secure software development practices and improve developer experience.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Design and customize security solutions to fit complex customer environments, including developing bespoke solutions when needed.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using your software engineering, application security, and DevOps expertise.
• Build strong relationships with customers ranging from startups to global enterprises and become their trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams, translating customer feedback and technical challenges into product improvements.
• Help customers adopt secure software development practices while improving their overall developer experience.
• Lead technical integration projects and provide strategic technical guidance to customers throughout their journey with Endor Labs.

What You Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of overall experience in a technical domain, with at least 4+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, application security, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, with experience designing, implementing, or managing workflows to ship and secure code.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, application security principles, and secure software development practices.
• Experience designing custom technical solutions and working directly with customers in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Customer‑first mindset with experience building secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and developing strategic solutions aligned with their goals.
