Job summary

HCLTech in Tamil Nadu is seeking a project manager to coordinate between HCLTech workstreams and Americold, owning the end-to-end project plan and defending the go-live date.

You will manage cutover planning, coordinate with Americold stakeholders, and drive template governance from site 1 onward, ensuring each successive site runs more efficiently. The role focuses on structured rollout and capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to own and manage complex project plans.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating cutover activities and go/no-go decisions.
• Proven track record in driving rollout templates and lessons learned.
