Job summary

HCLTech invites senior ServiceNow professionals to lead development and architecture for enterprise-scale solutions. You will guide teams in delivering compliant, scalable modules, including GRC, CAM, and integration with external systems.

Strong JavaScript, CMDB/Discovery, and best-practice governance are essential. CAD certification holders are preferred, and you will mentor peers in Chennai-based projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• 5+ years in GRC IRM modules and 3P integration.
• 5+ years in CAM in GRC.
• 2+ years in workflow and automation.
• Expert in development of existing and custom ServiceNow apps.
• Experience with package creation, ongoing authorization and monitoring.
• Strong JavaScript, data policy, business rules, APIs, and GRC modules familiarity.
• Experience with CMDB and Discovery; follow ServiceNow best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• At least 5+ years of experience in GRC IRM modules and 3P integration
• At least 5+ years of experience in CAM (Continuous Authorization and Monitoring) in GRC
• At least 2+ years of experience in workflow and automation
• Expert in development of existing and custom applications within ServiceNow
• Extensive experience in package creation, ongoing authorization, and monitoring
• Strong experience in JavaScript, data policy, business rules, APIs, GRC modules functionality, and custom modules
• Extensive experience building and maintaining authorization boundaries
• Ability to apply business concepts into technical solutions
• Automate authorization and monitoring processes in CAM
• Experience with CMDB & Discovery
• Follows ServiceNow best practices (including scripting, security, implementation)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Must have CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, design, and develop solutions (through team) for product/project sustenance delivery
2. Act as an SME supporting the team
3. Ensure knowledge up‑gradation and work with new technologies so that solutions are current and meet quality standards and client requirements
4. Train and develop team members to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower, mitigating delivery risks
