Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA in a related field.

Years of experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

A Programmer / Sr. Analyst (SAP ABAP CRM) supporting Global Customer Operations at Lam Research will be responsible for the development and production support of applications and programs supporting sales. The person filling this role will need to have strong technical capabilities and experience along with domain knowledge of Manufacturing Business Processes and related system integrations. Specifically,

• Use ABAP/4 and CRM Programming techniques with quality-driven methodology to analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test and implement SAP applications.
• Act as a technical consultant, to help design and develop objects
• Integrate SAP with cloud and other 3rd party solutions

Skill Requirements

Mandatory skills required

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP – well versed in RICEFW objects.
• Proficiency in CRM UI – well versed in MVC architecture and BSP components.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM middleware.
• Proficiency in CRM One order Framework.
• Self-directed, responsive, and dedicated to exceptional customer support.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to deliver product with high quality and within prescribe timelines.
• Must be able to interact professionally with the users of all our systems.
• Experience on Opportunity management / Activities and Service Request.
• Good knowledge in Approval workflows.
• Good knowledge in BSP programming.
• Good knowledge in Genil and BOL programming.
• Good understanding of SAP dialog programming including enhancement and user exits
• Worked on Data Transferring from Legacy and SAP system using Batch Data Communication (Call Transaction and Session Methods), LSMW and BAPI.
• Modified and customized various Smartforms, Layout sets, Print Programs and Output types for printing Business documents.
• Experience on SAP Enhancements using User Exits, Implicit, Explicit spots and BADI’s.
• Experience on Object Oriented ABAP concepts like Global classes, Interfaces and Methods, Handling Events etc.
• Experience with calling external web services (SOAP, REST)
• Understands concepts of Model-View-Controller
• Experience in Developing HANA enabled SAP applications
• Experience with tuning and trouble shooting performance related issues
• Good understanding of SAP Business Object Reporting tools
