Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant/Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead solution design, client engagement, and delivery of complex SAP transformation programs. The role requires expertise in SAP SD, OT-C transformations, and strong stakeholder management.

You will lead global workshops, design sessions, and fit-to-standard assessments across implementation, rollout, and AMS engagements, mentoring junior consultants and supporting pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification (Mandatory).
• 10+ years of SAP SD consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD and Order-to-Cash transformation programs.
• Extensive experience in both SAP implementation and support engagements.
• Strong client stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead global workshops, solution design sessions, and Fit-to-Standard assessments.

• Cross-module expertise in: SAP GTS, SAP TM, SAP Service Management, MM, FI, PP integration.
• Experience in global S/4HANA transformation and migration programs.
• Exposure to Clean Core and Fit-to-Standard approaches.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification (Mandatory).
