NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Architect for PAM (Delinea) to join our Noida team. You will lead architecture, implement Delinea components, and ensure integration with AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and other identity systems across hybrid environments.

You will define and enforce security policies, monitor health and performance, and produce architecture diagrams and runbooks for cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Specialist - PAM (Delinea) to join our team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-grade PAM solutions using the Delinea platform (e.g., Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server Suite) across hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud, and SaaS).
• Implementation and Configuration: Administer, configure, and maintain Delinea components, including vaulting, session management, account lifecycle management (ALM), and policy enforcement.
• Integration and Automation: Integrate the Delinea solution with Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP, SIEM tools (e.g., ), ServiceNow, and other identity management systems. Utilize scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and APIs for automation and operational efficiency.
• Policy and Compliance: Define and enforce security policies, access controls, and workflows to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX, PCI).
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the health, performance, and security of the Delinea infrastructure, perform regular health checks, and resolve complex issues related to Delinea components.
• Documentation and Guidance: Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation (SOPs, operational runbooks), and provide guidance and training to application teams and security stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with substantial hands-on experience in Delinea PAM implementation and administration.
• Experience with other PAM solutions like or BeyondTrust is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices is desirable.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Delinea or Centrify components, including agents, Access Manager, Audit components, Secret Server, and Privilege Manager.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and Active Directory (AD) integration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and working with REST APIs.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with high-availability (HA/DR) architecture and enterprise hardening standards.
• Certifications (Preferred): Delinea Privilege Manager or Server PAM certification.
• Certifications (Preferred): Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, cloud security certifications).
