Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, seeks a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Specialist - PAM (Delinea) to lead the design, deployment, and integration of Delinea PAM across hybrid environments.

The role requires 7+ years in IAM, strong AD integration, scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash), REST APIs, and a security-first approach aligned to standards (NIST/ISO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce architecture diagrams and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on Delinea PAM implementation and administration.
• Experience with other PAM solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust is a plus.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-grade PAM solutions using Delinea across hybrid environments.
• Implementation and Configuration: Administer, configure, and maintain Delinea components including vaulting, session management, ALM, and policy enforcement.
• Integration and Automation: Integrate Delinea with AD/Entra ID, LDAP, SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), ServiceNow; use scripting languages and APIs for automation.
• Policy and Compliance: Define and enforce security policies, access controls, and workflows to meet standards (NIST, ISO, SOX, PCI).
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor health, performance and security of Delinea infrastructure; perform health checks.
• Documentation and Guidance: Create architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and train application teams and security stakeholders.

We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Specialist - PAM (Delinea) to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Architecture:Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-grade PAM solutions using the Delinea platform (e.g., Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server Suite) across hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud, and SaaS).
• Implementation and Configuration:Administer, configure, and maintain Delinea components, including vaulting, session management, account lifecycle management (ALM), and policy enforcement.
• Integration and Automation:Integrate the Delinea solution with Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP, SIEM tools (e.g.,Splunk ), ServiceNow, and other identity management systems. Utilize scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and APIs for automation and operational efficiency.
• Policy and Compliance:Define and enforce security policies, access controls, and workflows to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX, PCI).
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Monitor the health, performance, and security of the Delinea infrastructure, perform regular health checks, and resolve complex issues related to Delinea components.
• Documentation and Guidance:Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation (SOPs, operational runbooks), and provide guidance and training to application teams and security stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with substantial hands-on experience in Delinea PAM implementation and administration.
• Experience with other PAM solutions likeCyberArk or BeyondTrust is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices is desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep expertise in Delinea or Centrify components, including agents, Access Manager, Audit components, Secret Server, and Privilege Manager.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and Active Directory (AD) integration.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with high-availability (HA/DR) architecture and enterprise hardening standards.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Delinea Privilege Manager or Server PAM certification.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, cloud security certifications).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
