Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited in Delhi is seeking an experienced AME to join the FHS/Engineering team. You will coordinate defect management, review maintenance reports, and prepare recommendations for technical resolution on A320 aircraft.

The role requires an AME license (B1/B2) on A320, at least 3 years certifying experience, CAMO awareness, strong organization, and good communication. On-site work with cross-functional collaboration across logistics, MRO, and airline MCC.

Qualifications

• Hold Minimum B1 or B2 AME License on A320 aircraft.
• Minimum 3 Years of certifying experience as an AME.
• General awareness of Airline CAMO organization and MCC functioning.
• Good organizational skills, flexibility managing multiple priorities, working to changing deadline and attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate level of basic computer application like G suite / MS office.

Responsibilities

• Defect management Coordination: Coordinate / Collect / review & analyze SHM/SPM defects , Pilot reports, Maintenance reports and provide their technical resolution .
• Create work order / recommendation dossiers for technical resolution in coordination with customers.
• Compiling Daily Maintenance report to provide status of fleet, maintenance performed, status of deferred defects and any other irregularities observed on a day to day basis.
• Assist in performing delays & technical issues synopsis to communicate fleet issues & recommendation to customers.
• Assist in management of Deferred defects , Repetitive defects and Technical queries.
• Supporting technical issues ranging from routine troubleshooting, resolution of AOG situation, ensuring high Technical reliability.
• Maintain highest standard of Customer Focus and Integrity
• Identifying Parts/Materials/Tools/Consumables required to execute non routine work orders issued by MOC & coordinate with Logistics / MRO / Airline MCC to ensure availability synchronized to assigned timeliness.
• Review & management of engineering documents like SB , AD & AOT.

Key Responsibilities
