Zettamine Labs in India seeks an exceptionally senior SAP ABAP Technical Lead who can own end-to-end technical delivery across SAP modules. The role requires hands-on ABAP mastery, strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and proactive problem solving.

You will engage with Basis, Security, Functional and Integration teams as the technical point of contact. Located in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai/Pune/Noida/PAN India, onsite or hybrid per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership: end-to-end design, development and delivery of SAP solutions.

• Mentor juniors and conduct code reviews to ensure standards.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigations; estimate effort.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex ABAP issues.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven SAP ABAP Technical Lead who can independently own end-to-end technical solution delivery across multiple SAP modules.

The role requires strong hands-on ABAP expertise along with technical leadership, solution architecture, performance optimization, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving.

The candidate will act as a technical point of contact, lead technical discussions, drive design decisions, coordinate with Basis, Security, Functional and Integration teams, and ensure high-quality technical delivery with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end technical design, development and delivery of SAP solutions.
• Independently own technical workstreams and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Estimate development effort and support technical planning.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues.

• Enhancement Framework
• BAdIs, User Exits, Implicit and Explicit Enhancements

• Strong understanding of RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) is preferred.
