We are looking for an accomplished Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our dynamic

team. With over 4 years of experience, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and

integrating cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. This role demands a visionary technical leader

who excels in Salesforce architecture, fosters innovation, and delivers scalable, high-performing

solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

● Architect, design, and deploy sophisticated Salesforce solutions tailored to business

needs.

● Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on Salesforce best practices.

● Lead technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.

Custom Development

● Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), and APIs.

● Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable components aligned with client requirements.

Integration Expertise

● Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems

using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

● Ensure data integrity and synchronization across multiple platforms.

Technical Analysis & Solutioning

● Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.

● Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure robust solution design.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business

analysts, to align technical solutions with business objectives.

● Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Performance Optimization

● Conduct system performance audits, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to

Salesforce best practices.

● Optimize existing implementations for peak performance and minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Expertise:

● Mastery of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

● Proficiency with Salesforce tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.

Integration Knowledge

● Extensive experience with API integrations and middleware platforms (MuleSoft,

Informatica, Dell Boomi).

● Knowledge of Salesforce Connect, External Objects, and integration patterns.

Certifications (Preferred):

● Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

● Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer

Technical Proficiency

● Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

● Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Other Skills:

● Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

● Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and

non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
