Position: Technical Regional Lead

Role Overview: The Technical Regional Lead is responsible for overseeing technical operations and financial management across the region, ensuring seamless service delivery and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Management

• Manage and supervise low-side HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, and UPS operations
• Participate in daily AMC breakdown resolution calls and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure timely execution and compliance of Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to site teams

Financial Management

• Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing
• Monitor and control vendor costs to optimize regional expenditure
• Review and approve cost estimates for maintenance and breakdown activities

Regional Coverage

• Proven experience working in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the region as operational needs require
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups
