Job summary

A technology company based in India is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract and onboard top-tier technical talent. You will collaborate with senior leaders to manage the recruitment process and ensure a superior candidate experience. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of technical recruiting experience and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role promotes in-person collaboration at the office at least four days a week.

• Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for senior leaders and executives.
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse and proficiency in Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage exceptional candidates for technical roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to extending offers.
• Provide a white-glove experience to all candidates.
• Provide a white-glove experience to all candidates, guiding them smoothly through each stage of the hiring process.
• Track and communicate key recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress updates to internal stakeholders.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities, anticipating the needs of our rapidly growing teams.
• Ensure efficient candidate flow and data integrity within our applicant tracking system.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview plans, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and extend offer letters that reflect both candidate expectations and company standards.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Engineering teams, ensuring that we not only meet our immediate hiring needs but also anticipate future staffing requirements. What you'll do:

• Identify and engage exceptional candidates for technical roles across our Engineering teams
• Partner with hiring managers to manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies
• Provide a white-glove experience to all candidates, guiding them smoothly through each stage of the hiring process
• Track and communicate key recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress updates to internal stakeholders
• Build and sustain a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities, anticipating the needs of our rapidly growing teams

• A polished and professional work presence, especially when interacting with Metropolis executives
