We are seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to manage and lead our development team in implementing and maintaining innovative software solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, architect robust solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality applications.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on excellence
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable .NET solutions that meet business requirements
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application stability and optimal performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies within the .NET framework
• Demonstrate flexibility with availability during evening hours

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies
• 6+ years of experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework
• 6+ years of experience with REST API and Web API services
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Angular
