Job summary
LatentBridge, Pune-based, seeks a Technical Project / Program Manager with 12–15 years of IT experience and a strong software development background in Java, .NET, or Python. The role requires bridging business and engineering teams, leading large-scale programs, and delivering complex technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business units, while aligning with enterprise architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in project/program management.
- Hands-on software development experience in Java, .NET, or Python.
- Proven transition from engineering/development into delivery leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development.
- Experience managing large-scale engineering programs and distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Ability to manage technical discussions with architects and engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
