Job summary

Capco in Bengaluru seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead the GitHub migration from on-premises to GitHub Cloud. You will combine strong GitHub, DevOps, cloud and security knowledge with excellent project and stakeholder management to drive successful delivery.

Looking for immediate joiners with 4+ years of PM experience and readiness for in-person discussions. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring governance and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with migration projects, especially GitHub migrations.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub, DevOps, cloud, and security.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the GitHub migration program.
• Define migration strategy, roadmap, milestones and waves.
• Coordinate technical, security, infrastructure and application teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and governance.
• Drive migration testing, cutover, validation and stabilization.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
