We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from discovery and prioritisation through implementation, governance approval, launch and continuous improvement
• Own programme execution across multiple AI initiatives including internal tooling, reusable platforms, experimentation and customer-facing solutions
• Manage delivery control through RAID, dependency resolution, status reporting and escalation to maintain clear stakeholder visibility
• Shape AI use cases with business and product stakeholders by setting objectives, defining users, agreeing success criteria and mapping a credible route to production
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, architecture, data, cyber, risk, compliance, product and business teams to align to enterprise standards
• Translate modern AI concepts such as Agentic AI, RAG and LLMs into clear business language that supports timely decisions
• Navigate governance and control processes by coordinating submissions, evidence, approvals and assurance across relevant forums
• Track adoption and benefits realisation by monitoring usage, quality and operational performance and capturing lessons learned post-implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrate proven delivery of AI or data or technology use cases with clear business value, measurable outcomes and production readiness
• Show strong experience turning strategic priorities into structured delivery plans with milestones, workstreams and dependencies
• Bring established capability coordinating across technology, architecture, data, cyber security, risk, compliance and business stakeholders
• Apply a solid track record of RAID management, delivery governance and transparent reporting including escalation to unblock issues at pace
• Maintain working knowledge of modern AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, agentic patterns and evaluation or monitoring to spot delivery risks early
• Evidence experience operating in governance and control environments covering cyber, model risk, architecture, change and responsible AI considerations
• Establish reusable delivery patterns and ways of working that reduce lead time without weakening control quality
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders through concise evidence-based updates and effective decision facilitation across forums
