You will lead end-to-end delivery, align with business goals, timelines, and quality standards, while mentoring cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps.

The role requires 10–15 years of IT experience, proficiency with JIRA or Azure DevOps, and certifications such as PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 are

• Extensive experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and Azure tech stack.
• Proven ability to align projects with business goals, timelines and quality standards.
• Experience mentoring cross-functional teams including developers, QA and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Drive continuous improvement and team productivity.
• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the .NET and Azure technology stack and proven expertise in Agile project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical oversight for solutions built on:
• .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and secure solutions
• Guide teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development

Agile Execution

• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
• Drive continuous improvement and team productivity

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively
• Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps engineers
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in:
• .NET Framework /.NET Core / ASP.NET
• Experience with:
• Microservices architecture and REST APIs

Project Management Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Participate in RFP / RFI responses & SOW creation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or PRINCE2
