Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience with strong background in .NET Framework/.NET Core/. ASP.NET
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Platform including App Services and Functions
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native development
• Proven ability to manage projects using Agile methodologies and lead teams
• Familiarity with budgeting, risk management, and RFP/SOW processes

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of software projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources; track progress and risks
• Provide technical oversight for .NET/C# and Azure-based solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the .NET and Azure technology stack and proven expertise in Agile project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical oversight for solutions built on:
• .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
• Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and secure solutions
• Guide teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development

Agile Execution

• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
• Drive continuous improvement and team productivity

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively
• Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps engineers
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in:
• .NET Framework /.NET Core / ASP.NET
• Microsoft Azure Platform
• Experience with:
• Microservices architecture and REST APIs
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Cloud-native application development

Project Management Skills

• Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Participate in RFP / RFI responses & SOW creation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or PRINCE2
