Job summary

Atyeti in Pune is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across cloud migration, application modernisation, and DevOps initiatives. You will coordinate multiple technical teams, manage risks and changes, and produce executive-level documentation to keep senior leadership informed.

• 48 years of experience in Project Management / Technical Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering technology projects on time and within scope.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, governance, dependency management and delivery tracking.
• Strong risk, issue and change management capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple technical teams and parallel workstreams.
• Hands-on project delivery in Cloud Migration, Application Modernisation or Platform Modernisation.
• Good understanding of modernising on-premises / VM-based applications.
• Experience with application migration, containerisation and modern deployment architectures.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift or similar container platforms.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience coordinating DevOps pipeline modernisation or migration.
• Understanding of tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of Java or Python.
• Understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases and deployment processes.
• Good understanding of containerisation and cloud-native technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand dependencies and constraints.
• Strong experience managing senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Ability to drive decisions asynchronously and maintain momentum across distributed teams.
• Comfortable following up on pending actions and non-responses.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately without negatively impacting stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
